They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the job was done right. I have an HD dealer right next to my house but will continue to make the trip to Thunder Alley - they have earned my loyalty and I am sure they win your's as well.”

“I came in for my first time today on my 16 road king to get my fluids and tire changed before my road trip to Washington. They treated me like i was a regular. they did it all while i waited, the saw, told me, and showed me my breaks were thin and asked if i wanted them changed for the price of the breaks ($27 i believe) and no extra charge since the tire was already off, which cost me another hour when i did the same thing at the dealership. they even adjusted my clutch and throttle free of charge! out of the 7 states ive lived in and the dozens of shop, this is easily the best ive been to. a very fair labor price, an amazing envorment, and holy shit their inventory. i even got parts they didnt have in store ordered while i was waiting. this is the only shop ill ever bring my bike to again”

“Called Friday and got great phone service. Took my Street Glide Monday morning for 20k service. Customer service is excellent. Bike has all new fluid, no oil left over on it, clutch feels better, gave me date codes on tires, and info on future parts. They treated me like I've been using them for years. They also have a good selection of parts and accessories.”

“Just bought my first Harley, So I bought the V&H FP3 from them. (it needs pep! LOL) They not only provided me with a quick turnaround on ordering the part. But they also installed and tuned the bike at no extra charge. I have a laundry list of things they will be doing in the future. Cams/Harley Rocker locker/etc... They are always friendly and will take the time to explain things to you. I just need more money now! Keep up the good work.”

“I bought a tire from these guys and had it mounted & balanced. 9 Months later, I found a defect in the tread. They went above and beyond by haggling with the MFGR. about the warranty and getting me fixed up in a flash. I'll definitely be spending the $$ they saved me on chrome goodies from their shop.”

“took my rg ultra in for tires, all fluid changes,and battery issues....Scott was up front with his servicing plans,very friendly, and most of all HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY... i picked my bike up the next day,...VERY fair pricing and fast service time...im sure it would have been in the shop at least 5 days had i taken it to the dealership, and considerably more in cost...not to mention the lack of sincerity and friendly helpful attitude. i would recomend thunder alley to anyone looking for a fair,high quality, affordable bike shop. i have found a top notch bike shop and will return to do business again. thanks for the great service. rickz”
